(1) In principle, candidates are not allowed to leave Gansu Province from 14 days before the exam, avoid going to high-risk areas and crowded public places, take the initiative to apply for "health code" and "travel card", and continue to pay attention to the status of "health code" and "travel card".
(2) Candidates must have their body temperature measured daily from 14 days before the exam, record and monitor their physical health, and truthfully fill in the "202 1 Gansu Provincial Ordinary Colleges and Universities Unified Examination for Art Majors". In case of abnormal situation, it is necessary to report to the school or county (district) education examination enrollment institution in time, and make diagnosis and treatment and investigation.
(3) Candidates whose "health code" or "travel card" are not in the green code, and candidates who have lived in areas with moderate or high-risk epidemic situation in China within 14 days before the test but have no symptoms such as fever (underarm temperature above 37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue, sore throat and diarrhea (hereinafter referred to as related symptoms) must provide 7 days before the test.
(4) Candidates who have lived in domestic epidemic areas or high-risk areas or countries (regions) and have related symptoms within 0/4 days before the test, as well as those who have the above-mentioned conditions among family members living together, must be diagnosed and treated in designated hospitals in our province and provide negative certification materials twice (more than 24 hours apart) within 7 days before the test before taking the test.
(5) The previously confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19 should take the initiative to report to the local county (district) education examination enrollment institutions. In addition to providing negative proof of nucleic acid test within 7 days before the exam, it is also necessary to issue a certificate that there is no abnormality in lung imaging examination before the exam.

Fourth, the test-related requirements

Candidates update the status of "health code" and "boarding card" one day before the exam, and print them on A4 paper with color printer for future reference together with other documents, and show them to the staff when entering the test center and examination room. Candidates do not need to bring a mobile phone to verify the "health code". You are not allowed to bring your mobile phone into the test center on the day of the exam. (2) Candidates must arrive at the test center 1 hour before the start of the exam in strict accordance with Gansu Province 202 1 Unified Examination Timetable. Candidates should keep a safe distance when entering the test center and consciously accept the temperature test. Only when the temperature is normal and the "health code" and "travel card" are green codes can you enter the test center. Participants who fail to attend on time will be deemed to have given up automatically and will not be arranged again.
(3) On the day of the exam, candidates must bring their own disposable medical masks or surgical masks. In addition to verifying their identity as required during the interview and taking off the masks in time, they should always wear masks. Candidates who have respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough on the day of the examination should immediately inform the examination staff and cooperate with relevant departments for comprehensive judgment and treatment.
(4) Candidates can enter the test center only when their body temperature is lower than 37.3℃, and can enter the document inspection area only when their body temperature is normal. After the inspection, they will enter the waiting area according to the prescribed route. If the body temperature is unqualified for the first time, it can be measured again with other equipment or other means after proper rest. After the medical and epidemic prevention personnel confirm that their body temperature is normal, they will enter the certificate inspection area to continue the inspection. If the body temperature is still unqualified after being measured again, the relevant health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions will conduct professional evaluation and deal with it according to the corresponding situation in the Guiding Opinions on Epidemic Prevention of National Education Examination Group under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 (the examination can be arranged separately before the end of this examination).
(5) Candidates are guided by the staff to walk in accordance with the prescribed routes and passages, and are not allowed to walk around at will. Candidates must keep a distance of more than 1.5 meters when preparing for the exam and waiting in line at the test center, and must obey the arrangement and management of the staff; After the exam, you should leave the test center quickly and don't stay at the entrance of the test center.
(6) Candidates outside Lanzhou can book hotels that meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control near the test center in advance, and choose hotels with standard sanitary conditions during the examination. Candidates are required to wear masks, do not have dinners, do not drop in, wash their hands frequently, and do not enter or leave crowded places such as shopping malls and supermarkets.

(3) Any candidate who cheats in the exam by impersonation will be dealt with according to the relevant provisions on cheating in the exam in the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education) and the Criminal Law Amendment (IX) of People's Republic of China (PRC); Candidates and other personnel who refuse or obstruct the examination staff from performing their management duties, threaten, insult, slander or frame the examination staff or other candidates, shall be dealt with by the public security organs in violation of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment, except for the disqualification of the examination candidates.
