Among the students, there are many people who observe psychological barriers. If they are not guided in time, their study life will be affected. For example, some students can't bear any setbacks; I feel nervous and uncomfortable when I get to school every day, and I am afraid when I see some teachers. I am upset when I write my homework, and I am flustered when I take the exam; Have a serious weariness of learning and so on. These students must rely on the guidance and help of others to restore their health, and the only person who can best provide them with guidance and help is our teacher. In the usual education process, I take the following measures to treat such students: scene creation, analysis and guidance, home visits, individual conversations, in-depth research, becoming friends and so on. We should go into students' hearts, relieve their pressure and help them solve their inner bad emotions.

Second, pay attention to students' mental health and mental health

Mental health is of great significance to personal development and social development. Eisenberg, a world-renowned mental health scientist, believes that once the basic survival needs are guaranteed, mental health will play a more important role in determining people's quality of life.

In the usual teaching work, I attach importance to students' mental health care and always pay attention to students' mental health everywhere. In the process of educating students, I pay attention to changing my role at any time. I am sometimes a teacher, sometimes a classmate and sometimes a student. Try every means to help students from all angles, effectively prevent students from having psychological obstacles and ensure their personality development. Let children's psychological problems be eliminated in the bud.

In the process of educating students, we must pay attention to their mental health and attach importance to their mental health education. Strive to make every student have a healthy psychology, so that all their psychological functions can be fully exerted, that is, they can adapt to the social living environment well, make full use of various social resources in independent activities, fully develop their own personality and fully meet their various psychological needs. On the contrary, if our students have obstacles in their psychological development, their whole psychology will be affected, which will interfere with and limit their activities and even leave serious consequences of lifelong regret. For example, a third-grade elementary school student will find various reasons not to go to school every Monday morning. Is it really a headache? Do you miss Sunday? Still haven't finished your homework? The real reason is hard to tell.

Examples show that maintaining mental health plays a key role in talent training. No matter how superior other conditions are, if the psychological quality is not good, sometimes all previous efforts may be in vain.

Having a healthy mind is an important guarantee for having good ideology and morality. The fundamental goal of school moral education is to cultivate students' good moral quality. Good personality, positive attitude towards life and correct way of thinking are important contents to enhance social adaptability. In the past moral education, we always treated psychological problems as ideological problems, which led to poor moral education results. After carrying out mental health education, as a moral education worker, I learned to deal with some problems in moral education with psychological methods and achieved remarkable results. Therefore, we should deeply observe and analyze students' inner world and really pay attention to their psychological reactions.

Third, the role of teachers in mental health education

Teachers are the shapers of students' souls; I think the purpose of our education is to make children become a kind, comfortable and positive person. Don't let our scores become the standard to measure everything. As teachers, we should help students learn to be human. This is a more important task than teaching. From the perspective of people's socialization, people's ideological and moral socialization is very important. If you don't learn your knowledge well, you can make it up later, but it's difficult to make it up without forming good ideological morality and good living habits. In the daily teaching work, in order to better serve the students, I try my best to fully and deeply understand the students' ideological situation, pay attention to their subtle changes, and master the basic theories and methods of ideological and moral education.

As a moral education worker, we must have noble ideological realm and moral sentiment, set an example everywhere, have strong moral education ability and superb educational art level, and play an important guiding role in the process of students' ideological progress and moral formation.
