For petrochemical workers, in addition to some routine inspection items, some occupation-related inspection items need to be done to protect the health of employees in an all-round way.

1. Occupational contact history

Investigating the occupational history of workers exposed to occupational hazards is an important feature of occupational health examination and an important basis for diagnosing various occupational diseases. The history of occupational exposure includes the time, place, unit, type of work, post, operation mode and its changes, as well as the concentration of harmful substances in the workplace and protective measures.

2. Occupational health examination items

Mainly for the examination of some occupational contraindications, such as various mental diseases, organic diseases of nervous system, serious diseases of liver, kidney and endocrine, chronic diseases of respiratory system, obvious cardiovascular diseases, retinopathy, hypertension and coronary atherosclerosis, severe anemia, serious chronic skin diseases, chest and pleural diseases that seriously affect lung function, obvious diseases of periodontal, teeth and jaws, and various diseases. Lens opacity or cataract, optic neuropathy, chemical allergy such as formaldehyde, digestive system diseases, unqualified stress test, severe hearing loss, obvious endocrine disorder, bacterial or viral infection, joint injury, etc. caused by various reasons.
