First, the meaning of health certificate
1. Health certificate refers to the certificate of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality stipulated in this major. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients.
2. Health certificate refers to the pre-post, pre-post and pre-school health examination conducted by operators of food and drinking water, personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production, personnel directly serving customers in public places, hazardous workers, radiation workers and students in school according to the provisions of national health laws and regulations.
Second, the process of handling health certificates
1. Go to the hospital to get a health certificate, get a physical examination form, fill in relevant contents and pay relevant fees;
2. Carry out physical examination, collect blood from the examination room, conduct stool swab test, conduct routine physical examination of internal medicine and surgery, and conduct chest X-ray to complete all physical examination items;
If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates will be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions.
If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.

Article 2 of the Measures of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Social Security Cards
The term "social security card" as mentioned in these Measures refers to an integrated circuit card issued to the public and mainly used for government social management and public services in the fields of human resources and social security.
The social security card is the electronic certificate for cardholders to enjoy social security and public employment services. It has the basic functions of information recording, information inquiry and business handling.
Article 45 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Article 12 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places
Health and epidemic prevention institutions' health supervision duties in public places:
(a) health monitoring and health technical guidance in public places;
(two) to supervise the health examination of employees and guide the relevant departments to carry out health knowledge education and training for employees.
