Raw bean sprouts.

Soak your own bean sprouts overnight. If the weather is hot, they will sprout quickly and you can eat them in two or three days. Keep warm if it is cold.

Plant bean seedlings.

In summer, when soybeans are planted in flowerpots, stout bean seedlings will grow in 3-4 days, which is much thicker, more delicious and healthier than the medicines bought in the market.

Soak soybeans until soft, mash them with garlic nests or cut them with a knife to make bean dregs, stir-fry them with Chili peppers, and make them spicy and appetizing.

Boil soybeans to make stinky beans.

Wash and cook soybeans in summer, spread them evenly and dry them in the shade. Cooked soybeans will grow hairy in the process of drying. Until drying, soybeans will turn black, so there will be a bad smell, so it is called stinky beans. However, the process from hairy to dry is actually a fermentation process. protein has undergone a qualitative change and has become a delicious snack.
