Handling of residents' health cards:
With my original second-generation or third-generation ID card, I can handle it at the networking institution designated by the county health bureau in the area where the resident health card is issued.
Applicants under the age of 16 must have a legal guardian with an original valid ID card, a photo of the applicant, a household registration book or other valid relationship certificates. For the specific application process, please log on to the websites of district and county health bureaus.
After the declaration, the residents' personal information will be finally audited by the registration management center of the Health Bureau and the financial department, and the registration management center of the Health Bureau will make unified arrangements for the production of residents' health cards.
After the residents' health cards are made, they will be issued by the Postal Savings Bank or collected at bank outlets.
