Sub-health and healthy people
Compared with the population, diseases tend to attack people who are in a "sub-health" state more easily.
So who is the high-risk group of sub-health? Generally speaking, white-collar workers who do mental work are high-risk groups of "sub-health". At present, there are six high-risk groups in sub-health, namely sports personnel, movie stars, middle-aged intellectuals, leaders, office workers and drivers. Please see the relevant investigation report. The famous brand Baicao Chiba cooperated with relevant online media to make a systematic questionnaire survey on the health status of white-collar workers in Beijing. The survey * * * received 3200 questionnaires. Of the people surveyed, 90%
% of the people are office workers aged 20-45, and the results of these surveys are not optimistic.
The survey results show that less than 7% of white-collar workers think they are physically and mentally healthy, which means that 93% of white-collar workers have one kind or another of "sub-health" symptoms. 75% of the respondents have symptoms such as poor memory, forgetfulness, difficulty in concentration and slow response; 92% of the respondents claimed that they had sleep disorders, such as insomnia, dreaminess, easy to wake up, etc. 9 1% of the respondents have symptoms such as general aches, weakness of limbs, stiff neck and shoulders, dizziness and numbness of hands and feet.
90% of the respondents have decreased immunity, such as frequent cold, cough, fever, infection, slow recovery after illness, diarrhea and other symptoms; 76% of the respondents have different degrees of mental health problems, such as reluctance to contact or communicate with others, love sarcasm, love suspicion and other psychological problems. These symptoms seriously plague white-collar office workers and bring a lot of inconvenience to their work and life.
The data show that young and middle-aged backbone personnel, senior intellectuals, entrepreneurs, managers and technical backbones from all walks of life belong to susceptible groups, and the incidence of sub-health among them is as high as 70%. In some emerging industries, such as high-tech industries and IT employees, the incidence of sub-health is also high. In addition, the incidence of sub-health in advertising, news, institutions and performing arts industries is as high as 50%.
