Rats: put two pieces of 20×20 cm talcum powder in each standard room (15 square meter, the same below), and the positive powder should not exceed 3% after one night; There are no more than 2% rooms with rat holes, rat droppings and rat bite marks. The unqualified rat prevention facilities in key units shall not exceed 5%. Different types of external environment accumulated 2000 meters, with no more than 5 rat tracks.
Mosquitoes: the positive rate of mosquito larvae and pupae in residential buildings, various water storage containers and accumulated water in the internal and external environment of the unit shall not exceed 3%; The positive rate of mosquito larvae or pupae collected in large and medium-sized water bodies with 500 ml collection spoon is not more than 3%, and the average number of larvae or pupae in the positive spoon is not more than 5; Mosquitoes are attracted indoors for 30 minutes during the day, and the average adult mosquito per person does not exceed 1 mosquito.
Flies: no more than 1% in the rooms with flies in key units, no more than 3% in other units, and no more than 3 flies in each positive room on average; The unqualified rooms of fly prevention facilities in key units shall not exceed 5%; There can be no flies in places where food is processed and sold directly; The breeding ground of flies has been effectively controlled, and the detection rate of larvae and pupae is less than 3%.
Cockroaches: There are no more than 3% adult or nymph cockroaches indoors, with an average of no more than 5 cockroaches per room and no more than 10; There are no more than 2% rooms with live cockroach egg sheaths, with an average of no more than 4 rooms; No more than 5% of the rooms have cockroaches such as cockroach droppings and molting. Article 14 Rodenticide and hygienic pesticides produced, distributed and sold in the special zone must be inspected by inspection institutions designated by the state and hold inspection certificates issued by the provincial Ivy Office and the provincial health administrative department. No production and sales are allowed without inspection certificate.
It is strictly prohibited to produce, allocate, sell or use drugs and devices for rodent control and hygiene that are explicitly prohibited and shoddy by the state. The supervisor is appointed and issued by the Ivy Association.
