Criteria for identification of intellectual disability:

First-degree mental disability (extremely severe): IQ is below 20, and the level of adaptive behavior is extremely lacking;

Third-grade mental disability (moderate): IQ value 35-49, moderate adaptive behavior level;

The process of handling disabled cards is as follows:
