Health certificate processing flow:
1, according to the personnel list determined by the health supervision agency, go to the health inspection unit for preventive health inspection, and uniformly use the Preventive Health Checklist of People's Republic of China (PRC) formulated by the Ministry of Health;
2. Conduct a physical examination before handling the health certificate;
3. Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the toll station, get the medical examination form, paste the photos, and fill in the basic information such as name and gender;
4. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test;
5, internal and surgical routine physical examination;
6, X-ray chest X-ray;
7. Complete all physical examination items;
8. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, health certificates shall be issued after passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions. If the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing a health certificate, a health certificate shall not be issued.

Health supervision institutions at all levels should formulate preventive health examination work plans.
Article 11
The inspected unit shall submit the list of inspected personnel to the health supervision institution according to the regulations, and the inspected unit shall be responsible for establishing personal health records.
Article 12
The unit undertaking the health examination shall arrange the health examination according to the list of the inspected personnel determined by the health supervision institution and the prescribed inspection items. The specific health examination work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national technical specifications.
Article 13
The health inspection unit shall submit the original records and health inspection results of the inspected personnel to the health supervision institution.
Article 14
Health supervision institutions shall, according to the results of health examination, issue health certificates to those who pass the preventive health examination. Put forward opinions on handling unqualified personnel and supervise their implementation. The original materials shall be submitted to the inspected unit or the designated filing unit for filing.
Article 15
The health supervision institution shall summarize, analyze and timely submit the preventive health examination within its jurisdiction to the local health administrative department and the superior health supervision institution.
