Student social investigation report

When we need to know a situation or an event, we often need to conduct comprehensive analysis and research, and show the results in the investigation report. Are you at a loss about the investigation report now? The following is a survey report of student associations compiled by me. I hope it helps you.

Student Social Survey Report 1 Purpose of the survey:

As students who have just finished their stressful senior three lives and entered the university, they are so excited and fascinated. After a semester of adaptation, they gradually integrated into college life.

As the first winter vacation for college students, they can spend a happy holiday freely without being disturbed by their homework. Time is not urgent when senior three is away. What are the different arrangements for freshmen to celebrate the Spring Festival?

Stepping into college also means stepping into society. What's the difference between students' consumption levels? The direction of consumption and those fields can attract the attention of college students ... from the arrangement of freshmen for the Spring Festival, we can also see their concept of time.

Respondents:

Because it is difficult to confirm whether he is a college student during the holiday, 30% of this survey is in the form of questionnaire, and the other 70% is in the form of qq or msn question and answer. Therefore, the subjects of this survey are: 30 street freshmen, 40 junior high school students and 30 senior high school students.

The contents of the investigation:

According to this survey, whether freshmen have arranged the Spring Festival reasonably and whether they have accumulated and recharged properly after class. Whether it is in line with the healthy growth of freshmen and what more freshmen will participate in; Whether freshmen can consume reasonably and correctly, and whether they are gradually aware of the social tension.

Investigation method:

Through the distribution of questionnaires, 30 questionnaires were distributed and 30 valid questionnaires were recovered. In addition, the data of another 70 freshmen were collected through online questionnaires. Finally, charts and answers are made to show the survey results.

Findings:

From the survey, we can find that the first long vacation of freshmen is very meaningful. Because the pressure of college entrance examination has been completely liberated, freshmen can have a better year, better self-appreciation during the Spring Festival, better social practice, realize that it is not easy to save money, have a macro understanding of how to spend moderately and make a consumption plan.

According to the questionnaire and the Internet, 50% of the freshmen visited their relatives from grade one to grade eight, 30% traveled with their parents, and the remaining 20% just stayed at home for the New Year. From the eighth day to the Lantern Festival, 70% freshmen like to get together with their former junior high school and senior high school classmates, while 30% freshmen like to stay at home and read books, chat online and play games. ...

In addition, in terms of re-consumption, freshmen received a lot of money more or less during the New Year, and began to master the money themselves in adulthood, so in terms of consumption, eating, drinking and having fun with classmates accounted for about 20%. Most students' parties are scheduled to sing K together in ktv, some choose to go to KFC or buffet for dinner and chat, and 20% freshmen like to get together and go shopping. 40% freshmen choose to set up a stall in the flower market during the Spring Festival, and save the first bucket of gold with their own profits, while the remaining 20% freshmen use it to buy books, play games or buy things they need. ...

This Spring Festival, as well as the direction and use of consumption, freshmen are more or less inclined to have fun by themselves. In a rare holiday, most students choose to meet their former classmates. 70% of freshmen think that they enjoyed their holidays properly, and 20% think that their consumption can be used in more beneficial places. 10%. Analysis of survey results: In this questionnaire, freshmen are in senior three because of the pressure of senior three. Most of them concentrate on their studies during the winter vacation, and even the time for New Year's greetings is greatly shortened, mainly for the college entrance examination and under the pressure of exams and parents. The winter vacation in senior three is very poor. Therefore, in the first winter vacation of college, most students choose to indulge themselves and let themselves have proper rest and entertainment. Therefore, most freshmen like to meet their former classmates, get in touch with their feelings and exchange their life as freshmen. They are fresh about everything, and some students have a stronger sense of independence as adults, so freshmen want to try the feeling of saving money for the first time. Therefore, some people go to the society to do short-term part-time jobs to increase their social experience, or find a way to get in touch with people of different classes better, and better understand how to sell their products or how to communicate with people best. ...

Therefore, we can't ignore a little laziness or laxity. Even on holidays, we should combine work and rest, not just for pleasure. Only in this way can we have a meaningful holiday.

Three. field of investigation

4 households in Xuwang Village, longhu town City, xinzheng city.

Four, talk survey method:

Understand the food, water and electricity consumption of each family through conversation and analyze the reasons.

Investigation and analysis of verbs (abbreviation of verb)

1 There are three people in the family. There is a computer, three televisions, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a rice cooker and other household appliances. The average monthly water fee of 22 yuan 128.4 yuan, totaling 150.4 yuan per month, and the average water and electricity fee per person is 5 1 yuan [I am mostly absent]. Habits of using electricity and water: Dad loves playing computer, so the computer at home is always on. On weekends, three TVs are always on. We often forget to turn off the lights. Who washes vegetables and flushes toilets with it? There are four people in Grandpa No.2' s family. There is a TV, a microwave oven, a washing machine and a refrigerator at home. Average monthly water fee 17.6 yuan, electricity fee 1 16.4 16, total 134.0438+06, and per capita water and electricity fee is 33.504 yuan. Habit of using water and electricity: Usually both are very economical. In summer, even the electric fan is rarely turned on, and TV watches nothing. But after my cousin and I came, we spent a lot of money. We turn on the air conditioner and watch TV almost every night. Almost all toilets use waste water to flush toilets. There are four people in Grandpa No.3' s family [plus a 3-month-old baby]. There are four TVs and three air conditioners at home, with an average monthly water fee of 30.8 yuan and an average water and electricity fee of 43.224 yuan per person. Electricity habits: people turn off the lights, use energy-saving lamps and turn down the TV. Water habit: If you have a baby at home, you should always wash diapers. There will be more water than other people's homes. Brush your teeth and wash your face, and the tap is not always on.

The results of the survey of intransitive verbs

No.3 has the highest water and electricity bill. In fact, water and electricity consumption is also related to the number of families. No.2 and No.3 have the same number of families, but No.3 is all adults, and No.2 has two children, which naturally increases the water and electricity bills. From the analysis of water and electricity consumption of every household, we all have environmental awareness, but because every household's electrical appliances are different, the situation is different. The water consumption of a family is related to the population and its water use habits. Developing good water-saving habits can determine water consumption and save water. Through this survey, I found that saving water and electricity is very important in our life. Here are some tips for saving water and electricity.

Seven. Small coup to save water and electricity

Water-saving supplies

1. Laundry, water can be reused.

2. Multi-purpose, environmental protection and water-saving methods.

3. Collect wastewater: prepare a vat for collecting wastewater at home, and collect household wastewater from washing clothes and vegetables for flushing toilets.

4. Water the flowers at home to facilitate the use of rice washing water, tea, laundry water, etc.

5. Shower: If you turn off the tap and take a bath with soap, you can save 60kg of water.

Power saving products

1. Get into the habit of turning off the lights when not using or leaving the room.

2. Store a proper amount of food in the refrigerator to avoid affecting the air convection in the refrigerator, affecting the preservation effect and increasing the compressor time. Measures:

Be sure to turn off the lights.

(2) When buying a refrigerator, buy an energy-saving refrigerator, which saves money and electricity.

(3) When washing dishes, use a big basin, and don't let the clear water flow away in vain.

When I take a shower, I stand in a big basin, and the shower water can flush the toilet.

Survey and summary of intransitive verbs;

(a) the operator part

1. Scale comparison: 25% of the supermarkets surveyed are small residents' living supermarkets, 50% are general supermarkets and 25% are large supermarkets.

2. Comparison of management methods: 65,438+0,000% employees receive regular training and inspection, and have a complete management system.

3. Business strategy: The market survey results show that:

① Geographical location: 25% is on the main traffic road, 25% is near the residential area and 50% is near the commercial area.

② Image of supermarket: 50% has manual storage department and automatic storage cabinet, and 50% only has manual storage department. 75% have a rest stool, and 25% have no rest stool (small residential supermarket). 100% stores have audio equipment and shopping music. 100% has a clear shopping area sign. 75% of the shopping facilities are single, and 25% have various shopping baskets and shopping carts, which are convenient for all kinds of consumers.

③ Service: 100% regularly trains and inspects employees. 75% pay attention to responsibility (small supermarkets and comprehensive supermarkets), 25% pay attention to shopping guide (large supermarkets), 50% pay attention to affinity (small supermarkets and comprehensive supermarkets), and 0% pay attention to information literacy.

④ Publicity: 75% people used newspaper advertisements, and 25% people didn't use them (small supermarkets).

4. Impact of the financial crisis:

① Turnover: decreased by 50% (general supermarket) and remained unchanged at 50%.

② Reasons for the decline: 65,438+0,000% think that the sales of household goods and leisure goods have declined.

③ Constant reason: 100% thinks that good word-of-mouth makes consumers willing to choose them when prices rise.

④ Promotion means: 100% special goods, 25% shopping gifts or lottery (large supermarkets) and 50% VIP card membership card to stimulate consumption (general comprehensive supermarkets and large supermarkets).

To sum up, large supermarkets have a full range of goods, which can meet the needs of consumers; Small supermarkets are close to people's lives, and the commodities they operate are mainly necessities of life, with strong anti-risk ability. Therefore, the financial crisis has little impact on it. However, ordinary comprehensive supermarkets have no main products to sell, so it is difficult to protect the cost at this time. In view of the financial crisis, when supply increases and demand decreases, merchants choose price promotion to attract customers. Large supermarkets with a solid foundation will have shopping gifts or lottery AIDS to stimulate consumption, which will add a lot of glory to themselves. What I want to mention here is the promotion method of issuing VIP cards and membership cards (especially group buying), which can attract a fixed consumer group and become the basic guarantee for the survival of shopping malls. It can also effectively control the purchase volume, reduce inventory and increase the use of working capital. It is a good promotion method.

Faced with this situation, we suggest that small supermarkets strengthen the supply of daily necessities and engage in some shopping activities in a timely manner; Ordinary comprehensive supermarkets can highlight the sales of daily necessities such as grain and oil during this period, pay attention to publicity and increase fixed consumer groups; Large supermarkets put more energy into the attitude of shop assistants. In addition, supermarkets should pay attention to cultivating the information literacy of shop assistants and grasping the psychology of consumers, which will improve the operation effect of supermarkets.

Consumer part

We adopted the methods of observation and interview, and randomly selected the consumers in various supermarkets as the research objects. The theme consists of two parts. The first part is personal interview object, 30 people.

The survey results show that 37% of the respondents go to the supermarket to buy daily necessities, 4.3% buy household items, and nearly 58.7% buy non-staple food in the supermarket.

Among many factors, geographical location (1 column) accounts for 33.3%, commodity diversification (2 columns) accounts for 22.2%, and price (5 columns) accounts for 17.8%. It shows that consumers pay more attention to geographical location, commodity types and price factors when choosing supermarkets. Convenient transportation, good quality and low price, and free choice are what consumers want. Among our interviewees, most people think that the most important factor affecting their choice of shopping in nearby supermarkets is geographical location. For example, the Linjiang branch of xx Department Store has very convenient transportation (located on the main road) compared with the respondents, and the environmental sanitation only accounts for 4.4 (column 6), which shows that it is not the most important factor affecting the respondents' choice of supermarkets.

Based on the recovered data and individual interviews, we found the problems in individual supermarkets.

Analysis of the problems existing in supermarket management: it is inconvenient to store and park bags; In the non-food area, especially in the cosmetics area, the staff are too enthusiastic, which greatly reduces consumers' desire to buy, and even makes many people choose to take a detour; When collecting money, you will often encounter various problems (commodity prices are biased, there is no change at the counter for the time being, and the change is defective, etc.). ); The prices of some commodities are slightly higher than those of other supermarkets, which leads to the decline of customers' confidence in this supermarket; Food that pays more attention to hygiene is not strictly arranged; There are also great problems in the placement of goods in supermarkets, some of which are unreasonable and inconvenient for them to choose and buy; The quality of employees needs to be strengthened. Some staff members have problems with their service attitude, some are indifferent, and some even despise consumers, especially cashiers, who have poor service attitude and slow speed, and even make mistakes when checking out; The promotion method is single (resources such as broadcasting are not fully utilized); No proper measures have been taken to preserve food, such as bread and fruit.

Countermeasures and suggestions to improve the operating efficiency of supermarkets: clear price, reasonable price; To achieve "thoughtful service", employees are required to truly "customer is God"; Maintain a good shopping environment and standardized management; Scientific and reasonable placement of goods is more convenient for customers to choose different goods; For the music played in shopping malls, product-related information and promotional information should be played most of the time, and some melodious music should be played in the rest of the time to make consumers more comfortable shopping; Consumers should be given free access to commodity information provided by supermarkets on a regular basis.

In short, supermarket operators should better meet the needs of consumers and make enterprises develop healthily and sustainably on the basis of grasping the consumption characteristics of different consumer groups. The feedback from the survey revealed some details that need the attention of supermarket operators. This survey shows that when customers buy goods in supermarkets, the most important factors are: traffic factors, product diversification, price, product quality, emotional factors, environmental sanitation and service. Among them, service ranks last, indicating that supermarkets generally lack this problem. The biggest feature of supermarket shopping is self-selection, and the services provided to customers are limited. At this time, the role of promoters, cashiers and door-to-door service personnel is highlighted. When the goods can't be found, or the price tag can't be found, or the high-tech goods are encountered, the customer needs the help of the on-site service personnel; When customers buy products with new brands and functions, they need the introduction of promoters. Cashier is the last link in the customer's consumption process, which has a considerable impact on the customer's mood and satisfaction. The survey shows that cashier is the most dissatisfied place with supermarket service, and queuing for payment, poor cashier attitude and scanning equipment problems are the main factors affecting consumers' shopping mood and satisfaction.

From the operator's point of view, we should undoubtedly understand the consumption characteristics of consumers. For consumers of different genders, ages and income levels, business strategies and enterprise management should be changed. Compared with female consumers, male consumers are more rational and confident. They don't want to haggle over every ounce. They only ask about the general situation when they buy things, and don't pursue certain details. They don't like to spend more time comparing and choosing. Even if they buy goods with slight defects, they don't care as long as they have nothing to do with the overall situation. In many cases, the formation of purchase motivation is often due to external factors, such as the orders of family members, the entrustment of colleagues and friends, and the needs of work. And the initiative and flexibility of incentives are relatively poor. Female consumers usually like some products with unique and novel shapes, gorgeous packaging and fragrant smell. In addition, they also attach great importance to the appearance of goods, and regard appearance as an equally important factor with the quality and price of goods. So when choosing goods, they will pay great attention to the color and style of goods. They are often influenced by their peers and like to buy the same things as others.
