What kind of diet is safe and healthy?

Morning: A few slices of whole wheat bread, an egg, a glass of milk or a cup of sugar-free soybean milk.

Noon: a small bowl of rice, lots of vegetables and a little meat.

Evening: Try not to eat. You can use apples or tomatoes and cucumbers instead of dinner. If you must eat, eat half a bowl of rice and some vegetables. Try not to eat meat. It is not easy to digest at night.

It is best not to eat or drink water four hours before going to bed to avoid edema the next day.
