Treatment process
1. Accepted: my application; Person in charge: the first receiver of the window;

3. Decision: issue a health certificate after passing the inspection; Person in charge: person in charge of unit approval;
4. Delivery: notify the applicant to collect the certificate; Person in charge: approval service unit.
According to the provisions of national laws and regulations, staff engaged in food, environment, labor, radiation, schools and pharmaceutical production and operation must have regular physical examinations and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts. Employees who are employed or go out to work should have physical examinations and establish health records, and students at school should also have regular physical examinations and establish standardized health records.
How much is a health certificate?
Generally, it costs about 150 yuan to apply for a health certificate, because the items are relatively simple, including liver function, chest X-ray, internal surgery, fecal bacteria culture, including salmonella and Shigella, plus the cost of a health certificate, so it is basically about 150 yuan.
Of course, the fees for health certificates are different according to the charging standards of different places, and the fees for physical examination are also charged according to the medical service price list of each province, so the prices of each province may be different.
Pay attention to fasting when handling health certificates. Of course, if you are not on an empty stomach, it will not particularly affect the result, but in principle, you should go on an empty stomach and bring photos and ID cards.
Legal basis: Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
