Regulations on the administration of occupational health examination
Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to units with occupational harmful factors in People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as employers) and various medical and health institutions engaged in occupational health examination.
Article 3 The term "occupational health examination" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the medical examination of the health status of workers who have occupational hazards or have special requirements for health.
Article 4 The occupational health examination shall be led by the Ministry of Health, and the provincial health administrative departments shall implement unified management, and the health administrative departments at all levels shall be responsible for the occupational health examination within their respective jurisdictions.
Interim provisions on the administration of health examination
Article 4 Medical institutions that meet the following conditions may apply for physical examination.
(1) It has relatively independent health examination places and waiting places, with a total construction area of not less than 400 square meters, and the use area of each independent examination room is not less than 6 square meters;
(2) The registered diagnosis and treatment subjects at least include internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, medical imaging and medical examination;
(3) Having at least two medical practitioners with professional and technical post qualifications in internal medicine or surgery, and each clinical examination department has at least 1 medical practitioners with professional and technical post qualifications above the intermediate level;
(4) Having at least 65,438+00 registered nurses;
(five) other health technical personnel who meet the needs of health examination;
(six) there are instruments and equipment that meet the requirements of physical examination.
Article 5 A medical institution shall apply to the administrative department of health (hereinafter referred to as the registration authority) that issued the Practice License for Medical Institutions for health examination.
Article 6 The registration authority shall, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 4, examine and evaluate the medical institutions applying for health examination, and allow them to carry out health examination when conditions permit, and register in the remarks column of the copy of the Practice License for Medical Institutions.
