Smoking and drinking are harmful to health. Many of our boys got into the habit of smoking and drinking when they were at school. After the end of the student's career, these two bad habits developed to the extreme without the restraint of parents.

Many people smoke a lot every day and get drunk every time they drink. I don't know that these two living habits are the most harmful to our health.

If we have the habit of smoking and drinking for a long time, it will do serious harm to our liver, lungs and stomach. In the worst case, we may get cancer and shorten our life.

Second, staying up late for a long time is harmful to your health. For young people nowadays, staying up late is a common practice. Many times they like to play with friends at night, but choose to sleep during the day.

In addition, in the process of staying up late, all kinds of barbecues and beer stimulation make young people's physical fitness very poor. Many people often get sick when they are young.

3. Uncontrolled desire for oneself When a man is young, he is energetic and strong. Many boys don't know how to control their desires. For many men who don't know how to maintain their bodies, what seems romantic and chic is actually an overdraft for our own bodies.

When we were young, we were crazy, but when we get old, the side effects will appear one after another.
