What is the normal color of semen?

Semen consists of sperm and seminal plasma. Sperm accounts for only a small part, and more than 90% is seminal plasma. Seminal plasma is secreted by accessory gonads such as prostate, seminal vesicle, urethral bulbar gland and paraurethral gland. Its main components are water, as well as fat, protein granules, pigment granules, lecithin bodies, enzymes and fructose.

The color of semen is determined by the composition of semen. Normal semen is grayish white or slightly khaki.
