Ninth boarding schools should adjust the dietary structure of students to prevent malnutrition and anemia.
Students in primary and secondary schools should meet the requirements of food hygiene by adding meals between classes. Tenth schools should strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases, establish and improve the prevention and control system, infectious diseases and epidemic diseases, should be reported step by step according to the provisions, and timely report to the education authorities. Boarding schools should have separate dormitories. Eleventh schools should be equipped with sanitary equipment in accordance with the standards stipulated by the state and the autonomous region, and gradually complete the equipment in a planned way. Twentieth education administrative departments at all levels should cultivate and train school health technicians and health teachers through various forms of education. Medical colleges and health schools can set up school health majors or school medical classes as needed. Article 21 When arranging the annual education budget, education departments and schools at all levels shall arrange funds not less than 0.5% of the total education funds for school health, and the funds shall be earmarked for special purposes.
Schools can use part of tuition and fees and work-study income for school health funds. Twenty-second education administrative departments at all levels should strengthen the management of school health work, and incorporate it into the content of target management, and strengthen the inspection and guidance of school health work. Twenty-third health administrative departments and epidemic prevention agencies at all levels should strengthen technical guidance and professional supervision of school health work, and assist the education administrative departments and schools to do a good job in school health work.
