1. Eggs are indispensable. Both urban people and rural people have a heavy egg complex, and we generally regard eggs as a necessity. Although fried eggs and tea eggs taste better, I prefer boiled eggs, which should be purer and more nutritious.
2. Eat more vegetables. I like to eat pickles at breakfast, but I'm not very cold about green leafy vegetables, which also leads to my indigestion (omit the adverse reactions here). Although it is light, I still insist on eating vegetables and keeping a balanced nutrition.
3. Eat more coarse grains. Now we don't have to worry about food and clothing. We can eat all kinds of meat and pasta, but we don't eat much coarse grains. Excessive carbohydrate intake can also lead to high incidence of fatty liver, hypertension and obesity. Eating more coarse grains properly can have a certain alleviating effect. So I suggest you eat more sweet potatoes, purple potatoes, corn, corn flour and corn bread for breakfast or other two meals.
