The quality of occupational health monitoring is an important issue related to the health of workers. The accuracy of pure tone audiometry results is influenced by many factors, and the results are different when the time and noise environment are different. Comparing the results of electrical audiometry of workers exposed to noise at different times, it was found that the difference was statistically significant, mainly reflected in the frequency bands of 65438±000hz and 2000Hz (P
Occupational exposure to noise can cause temporary hearing loss. If the audiometry is carried out within a short time after leaving the noise source, there will be a big error in the results, which will affect the authenticity of the physical examination results.
The longer the time away from the noise source, the higher the accuracy of the results. Therefore, when carrying out occupational health examination, we should strictly follow the relevant physical examination standards of occupational noise deafness, that is, screening examination should be carried out after leaving the noise environment12 ~ 48 hours. If the results of screening audiometry have reached the level of the observed object or noise deafness, the review time should be set at one week after leaving the noise environment.

Harm of noise
Noise is one of the most common occupational harmful factors in production. The most important and direct harm of noise to the body is hearing damage, which is a specific damage.
Hearing damage caused by noise first occurs in high frequency bands, and does not affect language listening in the early stage. The patient has no subjective deafness, and the hearing impairment is not accompanied by pain or obvious signs, which is not easy to find in the early stage. Once hearing loss and noise deafness occur, it is irreversible, and there is no effective treatment at present. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the hearing protection of noise workers.
