How does Azerbaijan return to China?
In order to reduce the cross-border spread of the epidemic, from 00: 00 on October 7, 2020, Chinese and foreign passengers flying from Azerbaijan to China must apply for a green health code or a health status declaration with the "HS" logo based on COVID-19's negative nucleic acid test certificate and serum-specific IgM antibody (hereinafter referred to as serum IgM antibody). The specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:
I. Test requirements
(1) The personnel who fly directly from Azerbaijan to China without transiting through a third country should complete the sampling and testing of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody at the testing institution designated or recognized by our library within 48 hours before boarding the plane, and apply for a green health code or a health statement with "HS" logo from our library after obtaining negative certificates of nucleic acid testing and serum IgM antibody testing.
(2) Because the international transit area of Azerbaijan Airport does not have the conditions to detect nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody, and Azerbaijan is still in a state of war, the epidemic situation has rebounded seriously, and the border is closed, so the airport cannot apply for an entry visa. Passengers departing from other countries for China are advised to avoid transit through Azerbaijan, so as not to stay in Azerbaijan and increase the risk of infection and security risks.
(3) Persons who depart from Azerbaijan and fly to China via a third country must undergo the first nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in Azerbaijan, and the second nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in the transit country (the country where the direct flight from China takes off), and apply for a green health code or health statement with "HS" logo from our library and the embassy or consulate of the transit country (the country where the direct flight from China takes off).
The first inspection was conducted in Azerbaijan, and the sampling inspection was completed within 48 hours before boarding. Both nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test were negative.
The second test was carried out in the transit country (the departure country of the direct flight to China), and the sampling test was completed within 48 hours before boarding the plane, and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test was obtained.
Two, China citizens to apply for green health code with "HS" logo.
China citizens should immediately declare their personal situation after obtaining the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection and serum IgM antibody detection, and take photos to upload the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection and serum IgM antibody detection through the international version of epidemic prevention health code applet. The green health code with "HS" logo can be obtained after being examined and approved by the local embassy or consulate of China. Airlines flying directly to China will check and release passengers according to the green health code with "HS" logo issued by the embassy or consulate of China, the country where the flight takes off. Please take the flight within the validity period of the health code, and cooperate with the airline to check when you take the flight.
Three. Statement of health status of foreign citizens
After obtaining the negative test results of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody, foreign citizens should send the scanned copy of valid passport information page, negative test certificate and health statement signed by the applicant to the local embassies and consulates in China (e-mail designated by our library: constant _ aze @ MFA. gov. cn). After being approved by the China Embassy or Consulate, the scanned health statement will be returned to the applicant by e-mail, which will be printed by the applicant and carried with him. Airlines that fly directly to China will check and release passengers according to the health certificates issued by the China Embassy or Consulate.
(2) Please carefully choose the flight route that transits through China, and carefully understand the entry regulations of the countries to be transited in advance, as well as the relevant requirements for the detection of nucleic acid and IgM antibody in transit, so as to avoid the situation that the flight is blocked and stranded due to inadequate entry detection, health code or health status declaration.
