However, during the epidemic, the way people study, live and work at home virtually forced consumption and industry to accelerate digital transformation. The demand for new consumption upgrades such as information consumption, smart consumption and healthy consumption is growing rapidly, and new kinetic energy such as "internet plus" consumption is showing great vitality.
Information consumption has developed strongly.
The so-called information consumption mainly refers to the consumption of information products or services by residents, enterprises, governments or organizations, including the consumption of networked products such as smart phones, digital home devices and wearable devices, as well as the consumption of software application services, communication services and other network services. Payment behaviors such as online shopping, online education, online medical care, online entertainment, telecommuting, short video and live broadcast based on information technology can also be included in the field of information consumption. Information consumption is the middle and high-end consumption in the high-quality development stage of China's economy, which plays an important role in promoting the quality change of supply system and the efficiency change of economic operation, and has the potential to become a new economic growth point. The epidemic situation strongly stimulated the new information consumption demand. The proportion of information consumption in the online and offline integration of the whole scene continues to increase, and information consumption shows strong development resilience and growth potential.
Intelligent consumption space is infinite.
Intelligent production and intelligent consumption based on the deep integration of a new generation of information technology and the real economy represented by big data, cloud computing, mobile Internet and Internet of Things are developing rapidly. Artificial intelligence will reconstruct production, consumption, exchange, distribution and other links, empower and release new economic vitality, constantly spawn new technologies, new industries, new formats and new business models, and have an unprecedented impact on human production methods, lifestyles and even ways of thinking. After the outbreak, new consumption patterns and methods such as non-contact distribution and unmanned retail developed rapidly, and smart consumption increased significantly. Looking forward to the future, with the intelligent and personalized "post-90s" consumer ideas and behavior preferences growing into the main consumer groups in China, smart consumption such as smart home, smart driving, smart security, intelligent networking, smart education, smart medical care, smart health and smart tourism will open up new space for activating the new kinetic energy of market consumption.
Health consumption has exploded.
Deeply grasp the current strategic basis of expanding domestic demand in China, seize the good opportunity to promote consumption expansion and upgrading, and accelerate the formation of a strong domestic market. Through scientific guidance and active support, we should cultivate and expand the new consumption and upgraded consumption generated during the epidemic prevention and control period, fully release the potential of domestic demand, strive to create new development advantages, and strive to show greater achievements in building a new development pattern of mutual promotion of domestic and international double cycles.

Therefore, in the process of promoting new infrastructure construction, on the one hand, we should judge and grasp the new consumption trend, accelerate the breakthrough of a number of large-scale commercial applications that reflect the core, key and * * * technology of new consumption and upgrading consumption demand, effectively solve the * * * difficulties that hinder consumption upgrading, and strive to build a more solid platform foundation for the development of new consumption.
On the other hand, it is necessary to stimulate the majority of market players to make use of the advantages of new infrastructure to speed up digital transformation, strengthen the capacity building of "online customer acquisition", develop more consumer formats that are more in line with the needs of the public, and constantly promote the expansion and upgrading of consumption to achieve the synergy between product upgrading and consumption upgrading.
