Ingredients: 250g wax gourd, 250g mandarin fish, proper amount of oil and salt, 2 mushrooms, 1 root onion, 2 slices of ginger.
Exercise:
1, pomfret had better use tail, wash and scale, and fry with oil and salt until golden brown.
2. Wash the wax gourd, peel and core, and cut into thin slices.
3. With proper amount of water, put all the ingredients into the pot, cook for about 3 hours, and season.
