2. It is suggested that when HP (or COMPAQ) appears during startup (or restart), you can always click F8 to choose to enter the safe mode:
A. If there is an icon on the screen in safe mode, the system and hardware are normal-you can completely kill the virus.
B. If the problem is still in the safe mode, it may be related to the system or hardware-you can enter the bios to test the hard disk: press F 10 to enter the BIOS after booting, select Diagnosis, and run the hard disk self-test to test the hard disk (the specific detection method is slightly different for different models). It is recommended to connect an external power supply and keep the power supply during the inspection.
If the hard disk test passes (generally good, passed or successful), you can back up the data and reinstall the system;
If the hard disk detection fails (usually prompt fail or error), you can contact the Gold Medal Service Center for on-site hardware maintenance.
3. If the screen display in bios is abnormal and related to hardware, it is recommended to contact Gold Service Center to repair hardware.
