According to a report by "Central News Agency" of Taiwan Province Province on April 2, 2023, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the mainland said on March 30 that since April 1 day, cross-strait passenger routes have changed from requiring passengers to be negative in nucleic acid test results within 48 hours before departure to negative in antigen test results within 24 hours, so Taiwan Province Province does not need nucleic acid results when flying to the mainland, but needs to be negative in antigen within 24 hours.
It costs NT$ 2,000 to NT$ 4,000 to make nucleic acids in Taiwan Province Province, which is quite a burden. Therefore, replacing nucleic acid with antigen test results has alleviated everyone's economic pressure to some extent.
