What is the difference between a health code and a travel card?

1, different uses

Travel cards are used to help users who have returned to work prove the areas they have been to recently, and are used in airports, railway stations, highways, communities, schools, hospitals and other public places.

Health codes are based on real data and can be generated by citizens or people who have returned to work through online declaration and background audit.

2, the content is different

Travel itinerary includes countries (regions) that residents have visited within 14 days and domestic cities that have stayed for more than 4 hours. Color cards only remind the places to visit, and have nothing to do with health status, and are not colored.

According to the data integration of personal health information declared by COVID-19 residents and national epidemic prevention data information, health codes are divided into three categories: red, yellow and green.

Extended data

In order to promote the mutual recognition of "health code" in different places, the national comprehensive government service platform provides three ways to realize cross-provincial mutual recognition and sharing:

1. Without changing the existing local "health code", cross-regional mutual recognition function is added to the local "health code" through cross-regional epidemic prevention and health information data sharing.

2. The local "health code" is connected with the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code", and the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code" is used as the intermediary to realize the mutual recognition of cross-regional "health code".

3. In areas where the local "health code" has not been built, the national comprehensive government service platform "epidemic prevention information code" can be directly adopted, and at the same time, combined with local epidemic prevention health-related information, cross-regional interoperability and mutual recognition can be realized.
