(5) Regularly quantify: Don't overeat or be hungry, and don't miss the dinner. The general principle is to eat well in the morning, eat well at noon and eat less nutrition at night, which is harmful to human body.

(6) Choose foods that strengthen the body resistance and strengthen the foundation to enhance immunity and resist aging.

(7) Foods that should be eaten regularly include: wheat, millet, corn, glutinous rice, sweet potato, peanut, soybean, adzuki bean, black bean, broad bean, pea, fermented bean curd, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, chrysanthemum, yam, taro, Chinese cabbage, potato, carrot, mushroom, fungus and tremella.
