What if the electronic health card fails to authenticate the child?

Failed to bind the family medical insurance card through the National Medical Insurance Bureau APP. This question needs to go to the Information Department of the Medical Insurance Bureau to update your family member identity information, and the binding can be successful after the update.

1. If the added family member is less than 16 years old, click the Add Account button directly to complete the account association.

There are three differences between electronic medical insurance card and electronic social security card:

(1) The issuers are different: the electronic medical insurance certificate is issued by the National Medical Insurance Bureau, and the sub-social insurance card is issued by the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

(2) The conditions for obtaining medical insurance are different: all users who have participated in medical insurance in electronic certificate can obtain sub-social security cards, and only when they have a physical card can they be activated to receive them. (3) Different functions: The medical insurance in the electronic certificate can realize two unique functions, that is, pharmacies can buy medicines, and designated hospitals can inquire whether the social security card has medical insurance in the electronic certificate.
