College students' treatment level of common diseases is low, but major diseases and injuries are unable to be guaranteed, which has become the focus of attention of schools, families and students. However, with the development of social economy, the system established during the planned economy period can no longer meet the needs of the new situation. Facing the increasing number of poor students, a special disadvantaged group in education, the state and schools have gradually formed a set of social security system based on China's national conditions and education situation to ensure overall equality. However, due to many problems and difficulties in the social assistance system of higher education in China, it needs to be further improved. On the other hand, under the market economy, the phenomenon of college students' adventure island is inevitable. How to ensure the life difficulties of unemployed college students and help them find jobs has become a topic of national discussion. However, with the passage of time, various problems of college students in insurance are increasingly exposed. The content of my social survey is the actual situation of college students participating in social security. The insurance items surveyed include minimum living security, medical insurance, employment insurance, unemployment insurance and commercial insurance. (v) Findings and analysis 1. College students' awareness of social security is not strong. As can be seen from the table 1, 68% of college students have never considered participating in insurance. There are 30% college students who have the awareness of participating in insurance, but they don't know how to participate in insurance, which shows that the national propaganda and channels are lacking; There are 26% college students who can't afford high insurance premiums because of family financial difficulties, which shows that the national policy is not perfect and there is no relevant policy for poor areas. Generally speaking, college students' unwillingness to participate in social insurance can have at least two positive effects: first, through such behavior, it is found that China's social insurance system does have great defects, and it is difficult to establish a perfect social security system without overcoming such defects; Secondly, let us realize that human beings are a whole society. Only by fully respecting everyone's interests can we achieve win-win results in many ways. We can't expect a harmonious society to be built only on personal sacrifice. Although college students are intellectuals, with the expansion of university enrollment and the popularization of higher education, college students are no longer scarce resources and unemployment is inevitable. It is also the inherent requirement of perfecting and perfecting China's social security system and the need of building a harmonious society. The minimum living security system is an important part of the modern social security system, and it is the main embodiment of guaranteeing the right to life of college students. Only those whose living standard is temporarily or permanently lower than or equal to the minimum living standard announced by the state can enjoy the minimum living allowance. To establish the minimum living security system for college students, we must ensure that the minimum living security for college students can play its greatest role, so as to effectively meet the survival and development of poor college students. In terms of employment security, we should strive to improve college students' entrepreneurial awareness, attach importance to students' self-employment, and provide more employment channels. Schools and enterprises cooperate to provide students with relevant employment information. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the reform of medical security system for college students. As far as possible, college students should be included in the social medical security system, and the social medical security system should cover college students in the system design. Building a multi-level medical security system is the development direction of China's medical security system reform. Medical insurance for college students is only the basis of medical security system for college students.
