How to design college students' commercial life insurance questionnaire?

Investigation report on social security system for college students 1. With the continuous expansion of university enrollment, the number of graduates is increasing, which not only aggravates the current employment situation, but also exposes the lack of social security for college students. Based on the current social security situation of college students in China in medical care, basic life and employment, it is worth thinking and exploring to improve the social security system for college students to alleviate the above problems. Socialized medical security has always been a hot topic of concern to the whole society, and governments at all levels attach great importance to medical security. The free medical care system for college students implemented in China since 1950s is weak and far from meeting the actual needs. College students' treatment level of common diseases is low, but major diseases and injuries are unable to be guaranteed, which has become the focus of attention of schools, families and students. However, with the development of social economy, the system established during the planned economy period can no longer meet the needs of the new situation. Facing the increasing number of poor students, a special disadvantaged group in education, the state and schools have gradually formed a set of social security system based on China's national conditions and education situation to ensure overall equality. However, due to many problems and difficulties in the social assistance system of higher education in China, it needs to be further improved. On the other hand, under the market economy, the phenomenon of college students' adventure island is inevitable. How to ensure the life difficulties of unemployed college students and help them find jobs has become a topic of national discussion. However, with the passage of time, various problems of college students in insurance are increasingly exposed. The content of my social survey is the actual situation of college students participating in social security. The insurance items surveyed include minimum living security, medical insurance, employment insurance, unemployment insurance and commercial insurance. College students' satisfaction with the national social security policy and its significance, the current confusion of college students' social security and their views on social security. Two. Investigation and analysis (I) Respondents This survey was conducted randomly from June 5438+February 2 1 day to June 5438+1October 65438+May 2009. Through questionnaire survey, Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College and Lianyungang Huaihai Institute of Technology are selected as two representative universities. The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%, and there were 100 valid questionnaires. (2) The first survey form is questionnaire survey. The content of the paper is designed according to the relevant situation of college students' social security, which is formed after pre-test and repeated revision. The questionnaire questions are mainly in the form of multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions, and the last question is objective. The number of questionnaires distributed this time is 1 10, and 100 copies are valid. Second, information can be obtained through one-on-one conversations and forums to further understand the social security psychology and value orientation of respondents to college students. (3) investigation process 1. Preparation stage: from June 5438+February 2 1 day, 2009 to June 5438+February 3 1 day, 2009, I began to consult the literature, went to the administrative departments of Lianyungang Huaihai Institute of Technology and Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College to learn about the relevant situation, made a preliminary investigation at the investigation site and conducted a "questionnaire" 2. Investigation stage: 20 1 0 1 .4-201.8 determine the sampling range, distribute the questionnaire, and complete it in 2 days,1day collect the questionnaire, and1day conduct an interview survey. 3. Investigation stage: 201065438+1October 9-201065438+1October/2, data collection, data processing (questionnaire collection), computer input and summary analysis. 4. Summarize the application stage: 201010/0/0/01510, and write an investigation report and summarize the evaluation based on the statistical analysis and theoretical analysis of the data. (4) The contents of the survey are about the minimum living security, medical insurance, employment insurance, commercial insurance, etc. College students' satisfaction and significance with the national social security policy, the actual situation of college students' participation in social security, the insurance projects they participate in, the current confusion of college students' social security and their views on social security. (v) Findings and analysis 1. College students' awareness of social security is not strong. As can be seen from the table 1, 68% of college students have never considered participating in insurance. There are 30% college students who have the awareness of participating in insurance, but they don't know how to participate in insurance, which shows that the national propaganda and channels are lacking; There are 26% college students who can't afford high insurance premiums because of family financial difficulties, which shows that the national policy is not perfect and there is no relevant policy for poor areas. Generally speaking, college students' unwillingness to participate in social insurance can have at least two positive effects: first, through such behavior, it is found that China's social insurance system does have great defects, and it is difficult to establish a perfect social security system without overcoming such defects; Secondly, let us realize that human beings are a whole society. Only by fully respecting everyone's interests can we achieve win-win results in many ways. We can't expect a harmonious society to be built only on personal sacrifice. In other words, such a thing proves that social insurance is indispensable in modern society, but the established social insurance should be good social insurance. Regarding whether college students are insured (table 1), I have never considered how to join Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College with other financial difficulties 30% 18%20%32% Lianyungang Huaihai Institute of Technology 38% 12%6%44%2. The employment of college students themselves cannot be guaranteed. As can be seen from Table 2, undergraduate colleges provide more entrepreneurial opportunities, because in today's society, enterprises recognize undergraduate diplomas more. However, college students' unemployment is inevitable, so the introduction of college students' employment insurance will not only help the country solve problems, but also reflect the social responsibility of the insurance industry, which will inevitably get strong support from the government. Necessity of employment insurance for college students: China has established a socialist market economy system. Under the market economy, survival of the fittest is a natural law. Although college students are intellectuals, with the expansion of university enrollment and the popularization of higher education, college students are no longer scarce resources and unemployment is inevitable. The employment security that college students hope to get includes (Table 2) recommended positions of Lianyungang Huaihai Institute of Technology, Lianyungang Vocational and Technical College 1320 Providing self-employment loans 1 124 Extending the semester 46 Providing more employment information 2622 Others 023. The employment security of college students is not perfect. As can be seen from Table 3, college students hope to improve in all aspects. At present, the relief work for poor college students is still in the primary and decentralized primary stage. Establishing the minimum living security system for college students is an effective means to solve the basic living needs of poor college students, and it is also an inherent deficiency of the current student loan system. It is also the inherent requirement of perfecting and perfecting China's social security system and the need of building a harmonious society. The minimum living security system is an important part of the modern social security system, and it is the main embodiment of guaranteeing the right to life of college students. Only those whose living standard is temporarily or permanently lower than or equal to the minimum living standard announced by the state can enjoy the minimum living allowance. To establish the minimum living security system for college students, we must ensure that the minimum living security for college students can play its greatest role, so as to effectively meet the survival and development of poor college students. College students expect the improvement of the minimum living security (Table 3). The improvement rate accounts for 65,438+000% of the answers. Living allowance increased by 36%. The ideological guidance of life education (such as life planning guidance) is 33%. The scholarship coverage was expanded by 465,438+0%. The remaining 8%. 4. The school has done a relatively perfect job in the minimum living security. As can be seen from the figure 1, colleges and universities have a better understanding of the contents of the minimum living security for college students. Most of them know about scholarships and grants, which shows that the college entrance examination left a regret that they could not go to an ideal university and made college students study harder. Therefore, the rate of obtaining scholarships and grants in junior colleges is higher than that in undergraduate colleges. In view of the minimum living guarantee for college students, China's higher education society has formulated a rescue policy. At present, China's colleges and universities have established a diversified policy system for subsidizing students with financial difficulties, which mainly includes scholarships, student-origin loans, work-study funds, financial assistance for students with special difficulties, tuition fee reduction (hereinafter referred to as "awards, loans, assistance, supplements and reductions") and national student loans. How much do college students know about the minimum living security (Figure 1) (6) Countermeasures and suggestions According to the objective questions in the questionnaire, the following suggestions are made: 1. The government should formulate a sound legal system, put policies in place, and not make superficial remarks. As we all know, the state, society, schools and families should make joint efforts to strengthen social security publicity. 3. Give life education guidance to college students, strengthen their ideological education and raise their awareness of social security. 4. The state, society and schools should invest funds to popularize the scope of social security, so that all college students can really enjoy the protection. 5. In terms of employment security, we should strive to improve college students' entrepreneurial awareness, attach importance to students' self-employment, and provide more employment channels. Schools and enterprises cooperate to provide students with relevant employment information. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the reform of medical security system for college students. As far as possible, college students should be included in the social medical security system, and the social medical security system should cover college students in the system design. Building a multi-level medical security system is the development direction of China's medical security system reform. Medical insurance for college students is only the basis of medical security system for college students. While actively doing this work, we should strive to guide and encourage qualified college students to participate in commercial medical insurance to meet the medical security needs of college students at different levels and improve their medical security level. In this regard, the state should introduce relevant preferential policies to attract commercial insurance companies like supporting agricultural insurance, expand the medical insurance business for college students, and give full play to its social stabilizer function. Some social pooling funds can also be reinsurance by commercial insurance companies, and some medical expenses above the maximum cap line can be borne by insurance companies to reduce the risk pressure of pooling funds. Every college student is required to buy at least one commercial insurance, such as hospitalization insurance, accident insurance and critical illness insurance. The expenses are mainly borne by individuals. For a few college students with particularly poor families, we can consider paying for them by the school. College students can't just have a sense of employment, because the market demand for talents will be saturated to a certain extent, which is especially serious now. Therefore, to establish a sense of entrepreneurship, we should not only pay attention to employment. At the same time, you can't limit your vision to your own major. During school, college students should enrich themselves in many ways, enhance their professionalism and cultivate their fighting spirit. In today's society, only capable people will not be eliminated by the times, and only capable people will have no forbidden zones when they grow up. Finally, according to the economic level of the city and region where the university is located, colleges and universities should formulate a relatively unified standard of basic living security, and take the student loan system as the fundamental and main way to solve the basic living security of poor college students. The government should not only give policy support. Secondly, colleges and universities should actively introduce public institutions to help them cultivate talents by means of entrusted training, while enterprises should provide living security for those in need. Four. Countermeasures and Suggestions (VII) Summary In order to better protect the interests of students and fully embody the theme of building a harmonious society and a safe campus in China, the medical security system for college students in China should be put on the agenda of the government. On the basis of absorbing the experience of other countries and according to China's national conditions, we should reduce the medical burden of students and establish a social security system for college students with China characteristics.
