? Experts teach you to care about your father's healthy diet.

Father's Day is coming! Will you cook a Father's Day dinner for your father or take him to an expensive restaurant to thank him for raising every day of your life? In fact, the hard-working father needs not only the annual Father's Day dinner, but also the care for his children, reminding him at all times: "!"

Middle age is an important stage in life. Career, work and family put great pressure on their bodies. If we don't pay attention to the scientific nature of nutrition, we will have endless troubles, which will not only lead to, but also accelerate the arrival of aging.

On the occasion of Father's Day, we invited several professors to talk about how to treat our great father better in diet!

Xu Yuechu, Professor of Nutrition, School of Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University:

If you eat more fruits and drink more milk, you should try your best to follow the Dietary Guide for China Residents. Dietary nutrition intake should be as balanced as possible. For example, in addition to cereal, bread, steamed bread, noodles and so on. Breakfast should also have a certain protein. The simple way is to put some nutritious food in the bread, such as sliced meat and eggs. If possible, remind dad to drink milk every day, even twice a day. If you are worried that milk will make dad fat, choose skim milk.

In order to ensure a balanced nutrition, you should eat a certain amount of fruit for three meals. In fact, we should eat fruit in moderation for breakfast to achieve a balanced nutrition, but this is ignored by many people.

In addition, three meals should be timed, and don't eat when you are hungry, because the human digestive system needs to operate regularly. Traditionally, lunch should be the most eaten. Because there is more consumption in the morning and more work in the afternoon, the reasonable collocation should be the nutritional intake of breakfast and dinner, with lunch accounting for 40%. At the same time, lunch can be as rich as possible.

If you have a lot of entertainment and eat out, remind dad not to order too much animal food when eating out, and try to use vegetable oil.

In short, the father's diet should consider individual differences such as weight and workload.
