In order to reduce the cross-border spread of COVID-19 epidemic, Chinese and foreign travelers flying from Myanmar to China must apply for a green health code with "HS" logo (for China citizens) or a health status with "HDC" logo on the basis of COVID-19 nucleic acid test negative certificate and serum specific IgM antibody negative certificate (hereinafter referred to as double negative certificate) from 20:00 on October 8, 2008. The specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:
I. Test requirements
(1) The personnel who fly directly from Myanmar to China (without going through a third country) must complete the sampling and testing of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody in the testing institution recognized by our library within 48 hours before boarding the plane, and after obtaining the double negative certificate, apply to our embassy and consulate in Myanmar for obtaining the green health code with "HS" logo or the green QR code of health statement with "HDC" logo.
(2) Persons who leave the country from a third country and transit through Myanmar to China, or those who leave Myanmar and transit through a third country to China, should be tested for nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody in the country of origin and transit (the country where China's direct flight takes off), and apply for a green health code with "HS" logo or a green two-dimensional code for health status declaration with "HDC" logo to the embassies and consulates of China in the country of origin and transit respectively.
The first test is conducted in the country of origin, and the test must be completed within 48 hours before boarding and a double negative certificate must be obtained.
The second inspection shall be conducted in the transit country, and the inspection shall be completed within 48 hours before boarding in the transit country, and a double negative certificate shall be obtained.
Special instructions:
1. At present, many countries have tightened their immigration policies, and most transit airports do not have inspection conditions. In order to avoid detention and reduce the risk of infection, it is suggested that people who go to Myanmar should fly directly to China after being tested in Myanmar. From June 5438+065438+1October 8, China's embassy and consulate in Myanmar will no longer accept the application for health status statement or green QR code of passengers passing through China from Myanmar via a third country.
2. Passengers outside Myanmar should avoid connecting flights in Myanmar. Myanmar has not yet issued visas to foreigners, and Yangon International Airport cannot provide inspection services. It is impossible to conduct a second inspection of the aircraft transiting to Myanmar, which does not meet the transit conditions. Passengers who have purchased or intend to purchase air tickets to China via Myanmar, please reschedule as soon as possible. The consequences of detention and repatriation caused by forced transfer shall be borne by individuals.
Two, China citizens to apply for green health code with "HS" logo.
China citizens must declare their personal situation immediately after obtaining the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection and serum IgM antibody, and upload two negative certificates by taking photos through the international version of Hygienic Standards for Epidemic Prevention. The sampling date must be filled in for the test time. After the approval of the embassy or consulate in Myanmar, you can get the green health code with the "HS" logo. The airline will use this code to release passengers. Please take the flight within the validity period of the health code and cooperate with the airline inspection. Please bring the original nucleic acid test report and antibody test report for future reference.
Three. Green QR code for foreign citizens to apply for health status declaration
After obtaining the negative proof of nucleic acid detection and serum IgM antibody detection, foreig

As it takes time for the embassy and consulate to review, please don't upload the certificate on the flight day. If the audit time given to the embassy or consulate is too short, resulting in flight delay, it is impossible to obtain the green health code with "HS" logo or the green QR code of health statement in time, and the relevant consequences will be borne by the individual.
