What is the International Health Code?
Zhejiang takes health code as a sharp weapon for accurate classification and control, especially for the actual situation of overseas Chinese, international students and other foreigners returning to Zhejiang, and launches the international version of health code. In order to distinguish it from the domestic version, orange and green will be used. Up to today, at 12, 72.092 million health codes have been issued in the whole province, including 3 10000 international codes. In order to meet the new requirements of preventing overseas input, the precise and intelligent control indicators have been iteratively improved to better play the role of macro-guidance.

Strengthen the information collection and judgment of people coming to Zhejiang, give full play to the role of overseas Chinese delegations, chambers of commerce and their relatives, not only persuade overseas Chinese to settle down, but also publicize customs and services. This platform for pre-declaration of health information has accepted 25,000 applications since it was launched on March 5th, forming an effective mechanism for one-stop enjoyment of immigrant information in the province. In addition, a 24-hour consultation service hotline has been opened for overseas Chinese, and an overseas public service platform has been established. These measures not only benefit overseas Chinese and other people, but also provide information sources for epidemic prevention and control in this province.

Our province will strengthen the responsibility system for the first stop, especially the airport port, and implement the health and quarantine work for entry personnel according to the risk level of international flights. In view of the characteristics of long incubation period and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19, nucleic acid detection was carried out for people with fever or respiratory symptoms and their close contacts who entered countries and regions with severe epidemic situation, combined with big data screening to ensure early detection, early reporting, early isolation and early treatment. On the other hand, give full consideration to the reasonable concerns of immigrants, so that people from low-risk countries and regions can go through customs as smoothly as possible and healthy people can avoid cross-infection. Recently, many overseas Chinese entered from other cities and then came to Zhejiang. In order to achieve seamless docking, our province sent working groups to key ports such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Strengthen contact confirmation and information sharing at the first time, coordinate personnel docking, transportation and emergency response, and strive to reduce the risk of epidemic spread that may occur on the way.
