Hong Kong's latest entry policy, 2023, cancels all mandatory nucleic acid testing for entry.

Today (28th), Lee Ka Chiu John, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) held a press conference on "Response to Epidemic Prevention Guidance and Coordination Group", announcing that the epidemic prevention measures in Hong Kong will be further optimized from tomorrow. The details of optimization are as follows:

(1) Cancel the isolation order and stop screening the close contacts of the confirmed patients;

(2) cancel the "vaccine pass" measure and adopt more targeted measures, including promoting vaccination for the elderly and young people;

(3) Cancel all compulsory nucleic acid testing;

(4) Cancel all social distance measures, including the "assembly restriction order" and the number of people entering the premises. And the "mask order" will continue to be maintained.
