Brief introduction of health degree

Health degree (oH), as its name implies, is a quantitative index to measure the health degree of an organism. According to the health evaluation standard, the health degree of organisms is divided into 100 grades, the health degree of the most unhealthy organisms is 0, and the health degree of the healthiest organisms is 100. These two extreme values do not exist in practical situations. According to this classification standard, there are only two states of the body: healthy state and unhealthy state or disease state, with 70oH as the standard (actually, oH =70.7 1, for simplicity, oH≈70), oH &;; gt; 70 is a healthy state, and oH ≤70 is a disease state. Under this standard, sub-health state does not exist. So far, "sub-health state" has been a vague expression in medicine, and this concept should be eliminated.
