What does balance mean?

Balance is the balance of all things. It has a quantitative meaning, indicating the stability of a system and its performance in different aspects. The degree of balance is relative, because the balance of a system in some elements does not mean its overall balance. For example, when we consider a person's health, balance includes not only physical health, but also mental health and social health.

Balance is what we have been pursuing in our daily life. For an enterprise, the degree of balance shows the rationality of business decision, that is, to seek the best balance between short-term and long-term. In order to meet short-term interests, enterprises may make some risky investment decisions, which will lead to negative effects. However, if enterprises achieve a balance in long-term business planning, they may achieve sustainable success.

Balance is also important in interpersonal relationships. If we want to establish a healthy and harmonious relationship with friends, family and colleagues, we must achieve a balance of this relationship. This includes not only communicating and expressing one's feelings and opinions, but also listening to others' opinions and understanding their emotions. When we can achieve a balance in interpersonal relationships, we can establish a stable and long-lasting relationship.
