Is salad really healthy?

Salad is not necessarily healthy. In fact, most women should not eat too much salad. Because women's physique is usually cold, eating too much salad can easily lead to poor metabolism, poor blood circulation, bad menstruation, dull skin and even wrinkles.

Salad is really not very good for the following reasons:

Let's talk about the heat first. The calories of salad are not necessarily lower than ordinary food, because many chefs add a lot of fat and high-calorie meat or salad dressing to make salad taste better. Because it is difficult to feel full only by eating raw vegetables, few people can get used to eating like not eating.

Talk about nutrition. Many people like to eat salad because raw vegetables contain more nutrition than cooked vegetables. This idea is correct in theory, but most vegetables are not suitable for raw food, especially for China people. Therefore, salads sold in restaurants often contain only a few vegetables suitable for raw food, but unfortunately, the nutritional value of these vegetables is often the lowest.

Someone once counted the contents of 27 essential nutrients in common foods. Four of the five vegetables with the lowest ranking are common ingredients for salad, including cucumber, radish, lettuce and celery. Among these four vegetables, lettuce has the lowest nutritional value, but it is most used in salads, because lettuce is not only cheap, but also takes up a lot of space and has a better visual effect. The reason for the low nutritional value of these four vegetables is the high water content. Another notable feature of lettuce is its moderate taste and no obvious bitterness and smell. However, more and more evidence shows that a small amount of bitter substances are beneficial to health because they often have antioxidant properties. In other words, when the vegetables in salad become more and more delicious, their nutritional value becomes lower and lower. So salad is really a good thing in theory, but the salad we eat late in real life is not necessarily healthy.
