What indicators does junior high school students' physical health level refer to?

National standards for students' physical health I. Description (1) This standard is formulated in order to implement the guiding ideology of health first, effectively strengthen school physical education, promote students to actively participate in physical exercise, develop good exercise habits and improve their physical health. (2) This standard is an integral part of the national physical exercise standard, the concrete implementation of the national physical exercise standard in schools, and the basic requirement of the state for students' physical health. It is suitable for students in full-time primary schools, junior high schools, ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools and ordinary colleges and universities. (3) This standard comprehensively evaluates students' physical health level from the aspects of body shape, body function, physical quality and sports ability. It is an educational means to promote students' physical health development and motivate students to actively carry out physical exercise. It is also an individual evaluation standard for students' physical health. (4) This standard divides the test subjects into the following groups: grade one and grade two in primary school, grade three and grade four, grade five and grade six, grade one in junior high school and grade one in senior high school, and universities. The test items of grade one, grade two and grade three and four in primary schools are divided into three categories, with height and weight as mandatory items and one for the other two categories. There are five types of test items in the fifth and sixth grade group, junior high school group and university group. Height, weight and vital capacity are mandatory items, and one of the other three types of test items is optional. The selected examination items shall be determined and announced by the administrative department of education at the prefecture (city) level and institutions of higher learning two months before the examination. In principle, the selected projects shall not be repeated every year. (5) The school conducts a test of this standard for students every academic year, and the test method of this standard is implemented according to the relevant requirements in the Interpretation of National Students' Physical Health Standards (published by People's Education Publishing House). (6) The sum of the scores of various evaluation indicators in this standard is the final score of this standard, with a full score of 100. According to the final score, the rating is: above 90 points is excellent, 75-89 points are good, 60-74 points are passed, and below 59 points are failed. Students' physical health standards are evaluated once every academic year, and recorded in the National Student Physical Health Standards Registration Card according to the evaluation grade (see attached table 1-5). When students graduate, the scores and grades of "Physical Fitness and Health Standards" are assessed according to the sum of the annual scores of graduation and the average scores of other academic years, each accounting for 50%. Students who are exempted from the implementation of this standard due to illness or disability should fill in the exemption form.
