How can I get to Turkey and Africa if I want to transfer to China?

First of all, many small African countries don't have direct flights to China at all, which means that embassies can't get your green code on the grounds that "the conditions of double inspection in other transit places are insufficient, and health codes are not issued in principle, so I suggest you choose direct flights". How can I get home if there is no direct flight?
There are also non-urgent and unnecessary ones. At present, only the American embassy has been found to have this mode of operation.
