Hubei, especially Wuhan's exchange personnel (including returnees) implement centralized isolation medical observation management; People (including returnees) in areas with serious epidemic situation such as Zhejiang, Guangdong, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi and Anhui were managed by means of isolated medical observation at home or centralized isolated medical observation.
On-site staffing:
A temporary office is set up in the centralized isolation observation point, which consists of prevention and control disinfection group, health observation group, information liaison group, security group, logistics support group, case transfer group and humanistic care group, and the staff of the observation point are under closed management.
(1) Person in charge of the observation point: 1, requiring government department staff with strong management and coordination skills.
(2) Medical personnel: the ratio of medical personnel to isolated objects shall not be less than 2: 50 (according to the standard of 1 doctor and 1 nurse for every 50 isolated objects).
(3) Other staff: including information liaison, cleaning and disinfection, security, logistics support, psychological consultation, etc. Staff can work part-time, and the number can be three to four times that of medical staff.
