Ingredients: dried Chili, cooked sesame, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and fennel.
Xiang cut the dried Chili into small pieces, stir-fry the cut dried Chili with pepper, cinnamon and fennel until the Chili is crisp.
Cool the fried raw materials for a while, then put them in a grinding cup, add a little sesame seeds and grind them into powder.
Chili powder is a kind of red or reddish yellow, oily and uniform powder, which is composed of red pepper, yellow pepper, pepper seeds and some pepper stems. It has the inherent spicy taste of pepper, smells pungent and sneezes.
Authentic ones should be pounded out with a stone mortar, or dried peppers can be directly used, dried or roasted in a pot with slow fire and pounded into powder.
