Recently, there has been a multi-point distribution trend in the whole country, with local epidemics in Huangdao District of Qingdao, lanshan district and Lanling County of Linyi City, and the prevention and control situation is very severe. In order to ensure the safe and orderly flow of personnel and effective tracking, residents and friends are requested to strictly implement the "on-site code" scanning code inspection on the basis of self-protection and reducing gathering activities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, party member cadres "take the lead in sweeping"
The broad masses of cadres and public officials in party member should take the initiative to scan the code, mobilize relatives and friends and people around them to actively scan the code, so as to "scan the code brightly and cross the green code" when entering and leaving various places.
Second, individual citizens "consciously sweep"
The majority of residents have entered the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, medical institutions, cultural entertainment, tourist attractions, shopping malls, supermarkets, fitness places, hotels, restaurants, massage foot baths, public bathrooms, beauty salons, pharmacies, training institutions, construction sites, traffic stations and other public and business services provided to the society, and the people have more access.
Third, public places must be swept.
All kinds of public places and public transport operators should strictly implement the main responsibility, take the initiative to apply for and post the "place code", strictly supervise the entry personnel to scan the code and check the "place code" on the spot, and implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control. The relevant competent departments shall deal with the business units and public places that fail to use the "place code" as required.
Fourth, the competent department "supervised the sweeping"
The competent department should strictly implement the industry responsibility according to the principle of "who is in charge and who is responsible", supervise and inspect the application and scanning of "site code" in various public places and public transport vehicles, and ensure that "all facilities should be set up and all facilities should be scanned".
Five, territorial units "staring at the sweep"
All towns and villages should strictly implement the territorial responsibility, and urge the units under their jurisdiction to take epidemic prevention measures such as scanning code, taking body temperature and wearing masks, so as to ensure that "every door must be set, every door must be swept, every sweep must be checked, and every difference must be reported".
