I. Instructions for coming to the hospital
1. Please follow the entrance and exit designated by the hospital. People entering the hospital should always wear masks, do a good job of personal protection, take the initiative to show their health codes and travel codes, and cooperate with the staff to do a good job in pre-inspection and triage such as temperature detection and epidemiological history inquiry. For people who can't provide health codes, especially the elderly, they must show their ID cards or medical insurance cards and other valid documents before entering the hospital's diagnosis and treatment area, and register or manually enter their ID cards.
2. All hospital staff should strictly abide by the requirements of epidemic prevention and control management, and no one should conceal the illness and contact history, actively cooperate and truthfully report the epidemiological history.
3. Patients with fever go directly to the fever clinic.
Second, the outpatient information
1. The outpatient service of our hospital is open all year round, and the emergency service is 24 hours. Outpatient service schedule: 8: 00 am-65438+02: 00 pm14: 00-18: 002. 4. Self-funded patients: I paid attention to the official WeChat account of "Internet Hospital of Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology" for the first time, which was related to "Electronic Health Card". You can also bring your "ID card" to the "Medical Card" window on the first floor for card recharge; Please fill in the "Personal Information Form" at the service desk without an ID card.

Third, the hospital notice:
1. Except for critically ill patients, patients to be hospitalized and their accompanying staff should provide negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and then perform nucleic acid detection as required after admission.
2. Emergency inpatients need to collect nucleic acids in the emergency department, and the test results are negative before they can be admitted to the hospital. Patients receiving emergency rescue or surgical treatment can stay in the buffer wards of various departments before the results of nucleic acid test come out, and carry out emergency rescue work on the basis of good protection.
3. All wards are strictly subject to 24-hour closed management. The ward is forbidden to visit all day, and the access control is strict. Hospitalized patients and accompanying personnel are not allowed to leave the ward at will. If you leave due to inspection and other reasons, you must report to the medical staff for registration, and bring your wristband and accompanying bed card in and out of the ward.
4. Hospitalized patients shall not leave the ward without reason, and leaving without reason shall be regarded as automatic discharge.
5. Emergency patients and their families shall not enter the ward for any reason, and the review and follow-up of discharged patients shall be conducted in accordance with the agreed follow-up time of outpatient service.
6. In the process of hospitalization, if there is no necessary escort, "one patient and one escort" should be implemented, and everyone should be encouraged to use the regular escort of Tangshan Hongwei Medical Service Co., Ltd. signed with our hospital.
7. Hospitalized patients and caregivers should wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and do not visit or gather.
Four, nucleic acid collection instructions
Our hospital provides 24-hour nucleic acid collection and testing services for those who are willing to complete the examination.
