Is injury a right to health or a right to body?

It involves both the right to health and the right to body. The right to health refers to the right of citizens to maintain physical and mental health, obtain medical care, prevent diseases and maintain a healthy lifestyle. When injured, health will be affected, resulting in physical pain, wound infection, psychological trauma and other problems. Physical right is the right of citizens to protect their physical integrity and safety from illegal infringement and compulsory medical treatment by others. Being hurt, the integrity and safety of the body are violated, which is also a violation of the right to the body.
