Health protection obligations, the employer must set up effective occupational disease protection facilities and provide personal protective equipment for workers. The employer shall regularly detect and evaluate the occupational hazards in the workplace, and the employer shall be aware of the occupational hazards it produces and shall not conceal its obligation to control occupational hazards.
