How does AppleWatch record sports? Use of Apple Watch motion tracking

1. First open Apple Watch and press the Crown button to enter the main page, as shown in the figure below.

2. Enter the application page and click to open the fitness record, as shown in the figure below.

3. After opening the fitness record, press and hold the third ring of the screen (force touch pressure sensing) hard, as shown in the figure below.

4. In the pop-up interface, click Change Activity Target, as shown in the figure below.

5. Finally, press+or-to adjust the moving target. After setting, click Update, as shown in the figure below.
