(2) When all candidates enter the examination center, they must submit a Health Management Information Collection Form for Examiners of Shandong Higher Education Self-taught Examination for each examination.
Candidates are requested to consciously take temperature measurement, record and monitor their health status, truthfully fill in the Health Management Information Collection Form for Examiners of Shandong Higher Education Self-taught Examination, and take the initiative to reduce going out, unnecessary parties and personal contact before the examination to ensure their health during the examination.
(3) Candidates who belong to the following situations need to take the exam in the isolation examination room.
1. The confirmed cases that have been cured and asymptomatic infected people who have been discharged from hospital should hold health examination reports within 7 days before the exam. 3. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the test, a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative paper report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test shall be provided, and the test shall be taken in an isolated examination room.
4. Candidates who return to Shandong to take the exam from provinces with local epidemic situation must provide negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure and 48 hours before the exam after arrival, and take the exam in an isolated examination room.
(4) All candidates must have their body temperature measured before entering the examination center. Candidates with body temperature ≥37.3℃ need to have their body temperature rechecked. If the temperature is still ≥37.3℃ after retest, the emergency treatment procedure should be started immediately.
(5) Personal protection should be done during inspection. Candidates should wear masks before entering the examination room. During the exam, candidates can decide whether to wear it or not. Candidates in non-low-risk areas or isolated examination rooms should always wear masks.
(6) Candidates should queue up in order to keep a safe distance from others.
