Exercise can make us strong and firm, and it can also increase our courage to face difficulties. It can really be called "all benefits and no harm". Last winter, it was freezing, and the school organized long-distance running in winter. We run long distances every day during recess. The students walked at a steady pace, puffs of white smoke exhaled from everyone's mouth, and the neat slogan "12 1, 12 1" echoed in the campus air. Step on the hard runway in an orderly way and make a "thump" sound. Although the temperature has dropped below zero, everyone blushed and didn't feel cold at all. No matter how cold the surrounding temperature is, running keeps us warm. This fiery heart radiates fiery light in the cold environment! So that we didn't feel particularly cold all winter, I think this is the infinite benefit brought by this activity in school. When I returned to my hometown during the Spring Festival this year, many relatives and friends said that I had grown a lot. Some people say that I have grown a lot this year compared with last year. Mom said it was due to my regular exercise. Yes, I did have regular exercise in the past semester: I played basketball with my classmates at noon every day, until dark every Friday afternoon, and played basketball in the afternoon on Sunday, with an average of one and a half hours a day. Basketball is a highly competitive sport. Jumping and running require high physical fitness and play a good exercise role. Maybe this is one of the reasons why I am taller than a year ago. Exercise can increase human immunity and improve physical fitness. Noble sportsmanship can enhance courage and firm will in the face of difficulties; Sports is not only a pure physical competition, but also a very high demand for wisdom. Doing more exercise can also promote the development of the brain and avoid the symptoms of insufficient blood supply to the brain. So doing more exercise will also increase your wisdom.
