Snacks are commonly known as junk food. I stand in front of the kindergarten every day and often see children pestering their parents to buy snacks in the store, so parents also complain. In view of these situations, I designed this activity to keep children away from junk food and protect their health.
moving target
1. Let children realize the harm of junk food to their health through activities.
2. Educate children to consciously resist junk food and resolutely refuse to eat junk food.
3. Cultivate children's awareness of protecting health.
Teaching emphases and difficulties
Focus: Understand the harm of junk food to human body.
Difficulties: consciously refuse to eat junk food.
Activities to be prepared

Activity process (it is not necessary to record all the conversations and activities between teachers and students in detail, but it is necessary to clearly reproduce the main links of the activity, that is, the beginning link, the basic link, the end link and the extension link. Note: Emphasis is placed on the basic links)
Beginning part
1. People should eat nutritious, diverse, green and safe food every day. For example: coarse grains flour and rice, bean products, vegetables and fruits, etc.
Show me the mysterious pocket.
(1) Let children guess what's in their pockets to attract their attention.
(1) The teacher shows colorful snacks in his pocket for the children to know.
Two basic parts
1. Show pictures of related content for children to observe.
Figure 1: Children are buying snacks;
Figure 2: Children are eating snacks with relish;
Figure 3: It's hard for children to hold their stomachs.
Figure 4: The child is ill in bed;
2. The teacher asked: What happened to the child in the picture? Why is he sick? (Children speak freely)
3. Teacher's summary: The child in the picture has a stomachache after eating snacks, because those snacks are produced by some informal manufacturers, and the sanitary conditions are poor and unclean; Moreover, chemical raw materials are added to it, which is harmful to the health, so we call it junk food.
Ask children who have personal experience to talk about the health hazards of eating snacks.
Discussion: How to refuse to eat junk food with practical actions? (Children discuss freely)
6. Teacher's summary: consciously refuse to eat junk food and let parents help choose nutritious, green and healthy food; We should supervise each other, stay away from junk food and protect our health.
Three-activity extension
Let the children take this activity to the children in other classes, to everyone around them, and refuse to eat junk food.
