1. Strictly implement closed-loop centralized isolation control and other health management service measures for returned overseas students whose first entry place is Liaoning Province.
2. Returned overseas students who first entered Liaoning Province should report to the destination community (village) 3 days before coming to Liaoning, and implement health management service measures according to the relevant provisions of our province.
3. People from other provinces who have lived in high-risk areas and counties (cities, districts) or counties (cities, districts) where local positive infections were detected shall be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation, and the isolation period shall be 14 days after coming to (returning to) Liaoning.
4. People from other provinces who have lived in other counties (cities, districts) in the city where high-risk areas are located in China, or have lived in other counties (cities, districts) where local positive infections are detected, should report to the destination community (village) three days in advance, and conduct 1 time nucleic acid detection and 14 days health monitoring.
