How to face the entrance examination (reproduced)
Compared with most people, if you pass the interview and receive an OFFER, there is almost no doubt that you will enter the company. However, quite a few people may be rejected by the company for physical reasons. When you are unfortunate enough to be one of these few people, how will you face this fact and how will you communicate with the company to get the biggest admission opportunity? Frankly speaking, I am one of them. Here, based on some personal practical experience, I give some enlightenment to people with the same (or similar) problems. I passed the company interview last year, and I have been worried about this problem since I received the medical notice. If the company knew my actual situation, what would it think of me and would it give me a chance? At that time, I was extremely helpless. Should I go to the hospital for help? Or do you need someone to help me have a physical examination? For a time, I was extremely lonely and helpless, not because I lacked friends around me, but because I didn't know which friend to tell, let alone who to ask for help. Usually, you will often see such news on the Internet. XXX graduate candidates were rejected by a school because of XXX disease, XXX was admitted to civil servants because of XXX disease, and so on. After several days of painful struggle, I finally decided to communicate with the company with the truest side and try my best to fight for it. If I fail in the end, I won't regret it. Because in the previous year, I worked as HR during my internship. Although I was only doing some basic work in recruitment at that time, I still attached great importance to the "integrity" in the recruitment process. If you enter the company because of temporary deception, you may be exposed in the future. At the same time, I am glad to know some HR managers during my internship, through which I learned about the physical examination standards of many big companies, and finally strengthened my determination to deal with the company with the truest side. Here, I only introduce several ways to get help and some experiences in dealing with the company: First, actively seek outside help-the school's employment guidance center, trusted friends, teachers, family members, and even the company's HR may be your guides. If you only encounter such a problem silently by yourself, the pressure in your heart will be even greater, which may lead to unpredictable results because you can't find a feasible way. At that time, everyone I could think of called, including an HR manager I knew before, and she gave me good advice. Because she had done recruitment in Huawei, IBM and other big companies before, she had a clear understanding of the medical examination standards formulated by different companies, so after listening to her suggestion, I decided to give the most authentic medical examination report to the company. In fact, if the indicators of patients with small XX are normal, the company will generally not embarrass you (except for some particularly strict food companies). Second, the sooner you communicate with the company HR, the better. After getting the medical report, I will be relieved to know that I am still a healthy carrier. After all, if the company wants to refuse you, at least find a legitimate reason to refuse you in your medical report. At this point, my heart began to hesitate again. Should I call the company now or wait until I hand in the medical report before confessing to the company? I have been thinking about this problem all the way since I came out of the hospital. Later, I simply dialed the phone number of the company HR at the gate of Nanshan Hospital, and confessed to being lenient. At first, I didn't say this question directly, but asked the physical examination system of some companies by innuendo. Later, since I lost my finger (my left index finger was cut off when I was a child, because I was also seen by a doctor during the physical examination), I pointed out my problems to the HR manager of the company at that time, but fortunately, the HR manager of the company also listened to my situation very kindly and promised that the company would not refuse any employees who met the company's requirements because of these small problems. This gave me a shot in the arm and laid the foundation for later communication. Personally, I think it's best to communicate with the company early, because it will win more time to impress the other party, otherwise I will confess to HR when I hand in the medical report, and the chance of being rejected by HR is relatively small. Third, express your love for the company and the post, and actively cooperate with the requirements of the company's HR for physical examination and audit. Before handing in the medical report, I consulted the HR manager's friend's advice, called the company HR again to explain my desire for the position, and chatted with the company HR about some medical standards of other companies and some information learned from the school employment center. The company HR didn't say yes or no, and everything can only be known if the medical report is handed in. On the day of submitting the report, the HR director of the company talked to me for a while and said that the company had never hired anyone with a little XX before, which meant that I might be rejected. However, he also saw my honesty and said that he would try his best to help me fight for it, just letting me go back and do another review of alanine aminotransferase. When I handed in the medical report for the second time, the personnel director asked me seriously if I had found another job. At first glance, you will know the meaning of these words. Now that I've made the situation clear, I'm not afraid to tell him frankly: "I haven't looked for another job since I received the OFFER from the company, and I refused the OFFER invitation from several other companies, because I think this company is the best choice for me." Hearing this, his expression became cheerful and he said with a smile, "I just want to know the situation, that's all." After that, HR asked me to go to three designated hospitals (First Hospital, Second Hospital and Peking University Hospital) for a DNA test, saying that the final result would be decided after the physical examination report came out. When I handed in the medical examination results for the third time, I became familiar with the HR people in the company. I didn't have my previous fears, so I chatted for a while after handing in the medical examination report. Later, I received a phone call that almost suffocated me. Ma MM of HR Company said this at first: "Hello, is this XX?" According to the company's regulations, your medical report does not conform to the company's regulations. Please go to the designated hospital for another physical examination. "At that time, my lungs were about to explode, and I said incoherently,' This disease is not a matter of three or two days. Isn't it the result of going to which hospital for physical examination? "I was still angry after I finished, and the MM over there began to laugh and say," That's not what I meant. Tell you what, I'll let manager Wang tell you. "At that time, I began to understand a little. What a fool! Low IQ is hopeless. Manager Wang said as soon as he answered the phone, ask a friend to go to the hospital to help you make a medical report, as long as your name is on the medical list. Bingo, everything finally has a happy ending. In this way, I came step by step, from interview to physical examination, to training to work. I hope this article will be of some help to the younger brothers and sisters who have encountered problems and have not encountered problems in the job search process. In this job search process, I am very grateful to the HR of the company for helping my HR manager MDAN and supporting my family and friends, especially the dream girl who stayed with me in the most difficult and bitter time (although I didn't catch up), haha. A year later, I didn't have time to write anything to express my gratitude, and I felt ashamed and deeply guilty. Anyway, my feeling is that sometimes society may really need some white lies, as long as they really don't hurt people and can reassure people, such lies are appropriate.
