What are the five levels of mental health?

Divided into three levels.

(1) Normal people: always happy, adaptable, good at getting along with others, and capable of adjusting emotions.

(2) Out of balance: It is a little difficult to get along with others and take care of yourself. If you take the initiative to adjust or get help from psychological counseling professionals, you can return to normal.

(3) Serious illness: manifested as severe maladjustment, unable to maintain normal life and work. If not treated in time, it may worsen and become a mental patient.

College students' psychology has both the general characteristics of youth psychology and its own characteristics.
